Why did I install BBS 10-spoke GRC Wheels?
In 2023, the GR Corolla Circuit Edition and Core models only came with 15-spoke Enkei wheels from the factory. Although it's a classy looking wheel and fits the body lines well, it is a royal PITA to clean that many spokes day in and day out.
In 2024, the GR Corolla Circuit Edition came stock with BBS 10-spoke forged aluminum wheels from the factory. The forged BBS wheels are 18 lbs, while the Enkei wheels are 23 lbs. That's a weight reduction of 20 lbs for just swapping out wheels! Every little bit helps in the weight reduction department. Dropping this unsprung weight helps in acceleration, braking, and many other vehicle dynamics.
Now you want a set of these BBS wheels for your GRC, am I right? I hope you're sitting down for this. Toyota wants $2700-2900 EACH for these wheels. Tread lightly on the internet as most folks that have them for sale know this. Prices range anywhere from $2800-4000 for a set. Be wary of scalpers.

Hub Bore: 60.1 mm
Tools:
- 1/2" drive ratchet with 12" extension and sockets (21mm, wheel lock)
- 1/4" drive 11mm deep socket for TPMS sensors
- 9,000 lb 4-post lift (optional, but highly recommended!)
- Chinesium jack + jack stands with rubber inserts
- 1/2" drive torque wrench (50-250 lb-ft)
- 1/4" drive torque wrench (30-250 in-lb)
- 1/2" breaker bar
- Gloves (leather)
*A friend for moral support is always optional.
Notes:
1. No wiring plugs need to be removed for this installation.
2. Good luck finding a set of these for a reasonable price without curb rash.
3. I highly recommend installing aftermarket wheel locks if your GRC has these wheels. See my Advanced Wheel Locks install page.
4. Torque values = (4 lugs, 1 wheel lock = 76 lb-ft dry or 57 lb-ft w/anti-seize).
5. Torque values = (35 in-lb for each TPMS sensor).
6. Follow the TPMS reset procedure in the manual.
7. I got 21,790 miles out of the stock tires. They were SHOT! Toe is probably off. I will get an alignment soon and set F/R toe to zero.
8. Reversible back to stock.
